Unconventional OCD treatment approaches

It generally depends on your ocd type, but I strongly believe switching to a carnivore diet helps with all anxiety disorders. I personally find eating only meat quite difficult, so I add low-carb vegetables like peppers, carrots, cabbage, etc.

Spending time with therapy animals, such as dogs or horses, has been shown to reduce anxiety and stress in people with OCD. That’s because the companionship and unconditional love from animals can be therapeutic. I’ve tried it and love doing it from time to time.
