I like those detailed tips for coping with social anxiety. Indeed we all have to start slowly and realize that it is an ongoing process.

I struggle up to this day with social anxiety. Additionally, I often think that people don’t like me, and I am constantly trying to find reasons this might be true.

I do struggle too. However, I feel that therapy makes me feel more confident by understanding my condition. Therefore, I can take things under control and lead a more normal life than before.
